They entered the second floor of the restaurant『White Cat’s Resting Place』which consists of semi-private rooms separated by several partitions.[1]

After getting off the observation deck, the two continued to walk while looking at the streets that never existed before. If one were to look closely, there’s a visible difference with how well maintained the roads at the main street and the houses were lined up neatly. Eisen who observed the differences thought that it was interesting.
